Thanks + Hackathon survey on STEM team performance

Hi fellow data hackers,

Well, the final sessions of the Spark + AI Summit will begin in 2 minutes, but the content and learnings will live on forever.

Thanks so much to everyone who attended and especially those that participated in this hackathon. We hope that you've ended your week a little more enriched than you ended last week.

Supporting social good and education are both very important to Datbricks. You may have seen the recent launch of the Databricks University Alliance. In my final message to this group, I wanted to share a survey from a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder (my new hometown!). Dr Christina Lacerenza and her research team are trying to understand how to drive more inclusivity in STEM, particularly in hackathon teams.
